No lack of imagination here!
This week our family celebrated an event that has been long awaited...we bought the movie Wall-E. For most people it is just another movie. For us it was much more. With Jason being close to finishing his animation degree we've all learned the pain staking time and talent it takes to make one of these movies. We've also learned to understand the brilliance in gesture with animated figures.
We have always encouraged the kids to use their imagination...and they do freely! Our house is a chaotic mess, but in the midst of it all we'll occasionally find an amazing rendition of Disney World, rail, castle, and all made entirely out of blocks, or blanket molds (pillows and stuffed animals underneath a blanket to form a shape) of dinosaurs or animals.
The whole family LOVED the movie Wall-E. As is tradition the kids request to watch it over and over again, and we are happy to oblige! Today Daniella brought Wall-E to life in our home with a tractor truck, a toy basket, some toy binoculars, and a big and wonderful imagination!
