Rodeo
We finally made it to the rodeo! The kids loved it of course! Joshua was finally tall enough to ride most of the rides so he had a blast and while Riley was barely tall enough to get on them, she only rode two and decided she was done with them for the day! We knew it would be crowded, but had no idea it was "free kid day"...seriously...so it was packed! Thankfully we got there early so we were able to get through the carnival rides line free. When we made it into Reliant Center though, the lines were very long! The line for the pony rides was a hour long so we opted not do those this year!
We didn't leave without our yearly dose of rodeo sweet tea and a turkey leg (a cajun one at that)! We left stinky, full, and tired! All in all, a good day!
Of the first four horses that we met in Reliant Arena, two had one blue eye and one brown eye and the other two had blue eyes. They were all in the same aisle. Pretty random!
Riley though the ride was a good idea to start, but once we started moving she quickly changed her mind. The other two loved it though!
This was the only thing that we didn't have to stand in line for! It was Mrs. Moo!
The petting zoo was packed, but a lot of fun!

I could be wrong, but I think this little kangaroo is the same one that Daniella got to hold last year.
Same kangaroo? I think so!
